After driving an Outback for nearly ten years I decided I needed a smaller vehicle, and Ken convinced me that the Cross Trek would be my best choice. Well, he was right. I love it. It’s perfect for a little old lady like myself, with enough room to pile my teen age grand kids in, crank the Sirius radio and jam with our favorite songs. Thanks, Ken. You’ve renewed my admiration for Subaru, following a not so pleasant former experience there. My only complaint is that the actual transaction took so gosh darn long. More

Excellent buying experience! From the receptionists to the sales and finance office staff members, I was extremely pleased with my experience at Tucson Subaru. I came to the dealership specifically to see a used car I had seen online. I was greeted by the receptionists, who offered refreshments while I waited until a salesman was available. Jim Coyle showed me the car and offered a test drive. Jim's approach was just what I value in a salesperson. He was knowledgable without being a "know-it-all", personable, and interested in learning what I was looking for in a vehicle. Jim did not pressure me or try to hurry my decision. Even though I had not expected to be buying the car on this first visit, I ultimately did so. I then was introduced to Louie Ascencio in the finance department. Louie very competently and pleasantly led me through all the necessary paperwork. Like Jim, Louie seemed interested primarily in assuring I was comfortable with my purchase decision and that all my questions were answered. I really appreciated all their efforts and I left in my new-to-me vehicle feeling very comfortable with my purchase decision. I would certainly recommend this dealership team to my friends and family. More
