Dishonest, inattentive, uncaring rip off artists. I am a widow who has always believed in people's basic honesty. This place really opened my eyes. I had several items I needed repaired on my car. Talked to a service tech. told him what was needed and he wrote it all down. When I picked up my car, I had just been released from the hospital for a hip replacement. Assuming my requests had been followed, I picked up the car. I got home, read the invoice and realized that although specific instructions were on it, the things I DID NOT want done, like an Oil change, were done anyway. The items I wanted done were NOT DONE. I was charged for an oil change when the car had only 1,105 miles from the last oil change. My car has had Synthetic oil in it since it was new. However Three times this dealership has used Conventional Oil. Only the last time did they use Synthetic oil. Don't they even read the MFG. recommendations? I would NEVER buy a new car from this place and will never recommend my friends take their cars there for any sort of repairs. I have found a very honest reputable service place who is honest and reasonable. More

This resulted in my purchase of a highly customized 2018 Crosstrek...in Sunshine Orange no less! We are anxiously awaiting the Tribeca to hit the US market, we may add a second Subaru to the family! Our sales representative was low- key, pleasant, responsive, and very knowledgeable about the car and the Subaru brand. An unusual combination. Kudos to the dealership owner and management for building a quality staff with values and expertise. While shopping for the car I communicated with Subaru dealers from NM to CA, and all across AZ. We picked Tucson Subaru because of Tim's service and the purchase price (FYI, we drove from PHX). I'll be back soon to purchase a Crosstrek! More

When we arrived the dealership was busy but Trent was prepared and had the vehicle we were looking for already pulled up. From deciding on the right car, financing, and singing the paperwork the process was low pressure, transparent, and we felt as if Trent really had our needs in mind. Louie in finance was similar in that he was low pressure, listened to our needs and provided the appropriate products for us purchase. We will absolutely recommend Subaru of Tucson and recommend people to "Ask for Trent"! We love our new to us, Subaru! More

The number of options and settings are so numerous compared to my previous '05 Subaru, that after a month of driving the new '18 model, I had barely discovered what could be done with all the new features. The salesperson went over many of the features during the purchase process, but this followup meeting with Darla really helped me understand them better and will allow me make use of them quicker and more effectively. The $50 gas card Subaru throws in when you attend this walkthrough was a sweet touch. More
