When I got to Arizona the car was exactly how he said it would be. Trent got us in and out of the dealership, he didn't try to talk me into a bunch of things I didn't need. He was able to thoroughly inform me of the various options available on the 2017 Subaru Forester and Outback models. In short order Gil covered the pros and cons of both models and all of their available and standard features. Gil answered all of my questions, without any of the high pressure sales tactics that I have encountered at other dealerships in the past. On my second visit to Tucson Subaru, I purchased a new Forester from Gil. He sat with me in the car and explained the function of every control and even set-up my phone to synch. with the car's bluetooth system. Historically, I have dreaded the idea of buying a car at a dealer. After working with Gil on this purchase, I can honestly say that I was very pleased with the entire experience. More

Surprised When my wife and I began shopping for a new vehicle, we quickly decided on the Subaru Forester. It checked all the boxes and fit our needs perfectly. I have purchased a few vehicles in my life and being that this was our first Subaru, I was not looking forward to this step at all. I admit, I was probably a bit stand offish with Trent at first, because I was anticipating a different experience. I discovered Trent to be a straight talker, and I appreciate that. I did my research and knew what I wanted as far as model and options. When the time came to make the purchase, Trent came through with the exact trade in allowance, and options that I wanted with the terms I was comfortable with. This buying experience exceeded all my expectations. Throughout the whole process, I was expecting something to go wrong but it never did. I selected my model, color, and options. Ordering, delivery, finance rate, and trade in allowance all met or exceeded my expectations.
