I visited the dealership three weeks before I could purchase my car and Steve Willis waited patiently and got back in touch with me in a way that wasn't pushy like many salesman I've encountered at other dealerships. He worked with me to get the car I wanted with the options and color I wanted and didn't push extras on me. He even put on the Texans' playoff game while I was waiting. Curt McHenry took the time to answer every question I had in detail and never skirted around any concerns I had. Overall, I would definitely recommend everyone that worked with me and will be visiting Tucson Subaru again. More

They saved me money! I went into Subaru Tucson in March of 2015. I saw their advertisement that they were taking trade-ins. I asked if I could trade in my 2013 Outback I h I went into Subaru Tucson in March of 2015. I saw their advertisement that they were taking trade-ins. I asked if I could trade in my 2013 Outback I had a high payment on, and could I possibly save money on something smaller? I was losing my job and desperate to cut down expenses as much as possible. Gil was great and worked with me and not only saved me $80.00 a month, but put me in a NEW lease 2015 Subaru XV Crosstrek which I love! I walked out that same day with my new car. Gil and his dealership was great to talk to and completely sympathetic to my problem. I loved the old Outback and this new one is great. In fact I am always telling people (many ask) how good it is. The finance dept was also wonderful and gave me some cost saving advice as well. Traci was a great help. More
