Good Experience Not sure whether to buy another pick-up truck or an SUV, I went to Tucson Subaru on a Saturday to look at and to test drive their vehicles. Jennifer D Not sure whether to buy another pick-up truck or an SUV, I went to Tucson Subaru on a Saturday to look at and to test drive their vehicles. Jennifer Duran spent more than 2 hours showing me several models and getting me behind the wheels of each. The test drive experience met my expectations and I learned quite a bit. On Sunday I did my research for safety and $-value of all the vehicles I was considering, and then I decided to purchase a Forester on Monday. I texted Jennifer and she prepared much of the paperwork before my wife and I arrived. We proceeded at a good pace and I was able to exit with the Forester in about an hour and a half after meeting with Louie Ascencio in finance. It was a good experience, and I hope to continue good experiences with the service department, introduced to me by Jennifer, when the time arrives for scheduled visits and any/all warranty work that may be needed in the future. More

Good Salesman, Good Jeep I saw a Jeep Rubicon with 19k miles online in their used fleet. Made an appointment to come see it after work. Ken Murch called about 30 minutes bef I saw a Jeep Rubicon with 19k miles online in their used fleet. Made an appointment to come see it after work. Ken Murch called about 30 minutes before my appointment to confirm that 1) I was still coming and 2) he and the Jeep were ready and awaiting me. I like that. (At a different dealer in Phoenix in years past I drove two hours to see a vehicle. When I arrived they couldn't find it and when they finally did it would not start. Cute, right? I appreciated Ken's approach much better.) Upon arrival the Jeep was waiting right in the front lot and it was immaculate. Ken took me to his office, gave me the Carfax before I even got to ask, and got a magnetic plate for the test drive. The drive was splendid, Ken said just the right amount of complimentary things about me and the Jeep to make it a convivial drive but he was nowhere near pushy or annoying. He's a pro. Upon our return the usual polite haggling took place with him exiting to speak with his boss to help negotiate the price- typical stuff for a used car purchase but it was all handled with minimal pressure and an almost apologetic grin, like, "Hey, we both know what is going on here." I especially like the refresh Tucson Subaru does for their trade-ins. I got a list of all the service work, new wipers, new break pads, et cetera. A little extra peace of mind. I did get a pretty fair price and this Jeep is near-perfect, exactly what I had been looking for and we all knew it. Very happy with my purchase. As a testament to my satisfaction, a month later I called Ken again because my wife and I were thinking of getting a newer minivan. Why would you call a Subaru dealer looking for a late model minivan? You only do that if you liked the dealership and you really liked your Salesguy. Top notch all around in my book. More

After I had a good nights sleep I wanted to reconsider and Curtis fixed things to my delight through some creative applications. I was very satisfied. I no longer anticipated I had made a too reckless decision in buying a new car. Thanks Curt! I don't feel so disabled if people acccept the fact I do goof sometimes. More

There was some minor damage to the bumper due to road debris but Tucson Subaru had it quickly repaired. Traci Roberts in finance was extremely helpful and patient in dealing with some minor issues. All in all it was a great experience. This is the second vehicle I have purchased from Tucson Subaru and both times the service was great. More

Right after I began my search I had to have an emergency operation and was out of work for six weeks. I comunicated to Rudy that at that time I had stopped my search for a new auto. He uderstood but periodically maintaned contact with me thru e-mail updates of product for sale. He was always cordial and informative, so when I began my search again I started with him. He made the experience pleasant and he expedited it quickly. I would definitely recommend him and the dealership to my friends. Tim Hanson did a fantastic job of getting me financing and then expediting all the paperwork as efficiently as I have ever experienced! Definitely a pleasant end to a long process. More
