He accommodated me by picking up my old car, driving it to Subaru and getting its trade in value all before I got to Subaru to look at my Cayenne Red Altima. There was no pressure, only top customer service and Louis Ascencio did all of the paperwork and explained what I needed to know. I bought my previous cars from a broker so I could avoid going into a dealership alone. Subaru is NOT like other dealerships. Kudos to all involved with my purchase. I'm delighted. More

Wow. Just wow! Let me just say that the great service started before we even got to the dealership. I had contacted Rudy asking about a used car and he called me ba Let me just say that the great service started before we even got to the dealership. I had contacted Rudy asking about a used car and he called me back right away to let me know it hadn't passed their inspection process and therefore would not be available for purchase. We talked a few times over the next couple weeks whenever a car came up that fit what I was looking for. A 2009 Forester hit the lot and was on their website, but had not been inspected yet and even though it didn't have ALL of the bells and whistles we were looking for, it was priced right.. and still a Subaru. Rudy let us look at the vehicle even though it had not yet been inspected or even cleaned out yet. We decided we didn't love it, but looked at what else they had to offer. Found a top-of-the-line 2010 Outback 3.0R Limited that was beautiful and a bit over our price range, although already priced at a good deal. I told Rudy it was nice, but I didn't think they would allow a lot of wiggle in the price and he said they could probably wiggle. Deal was done in 15 minutes... I swear. Rudy was patient and very nice during the whole process. I had read reviews on here before and was impressed with how well everyone spoke of this dealership and now I have witnessed it firsthand. FIRST CLASS SERVICE. We were not at the dealership long, under 3 hours, but it was past closing when we finished. Traci did an awesome job making the paperwork fly by, but had no problem explaining everything along the way. Love my new car... love love love. And I'm so thankful that it was as easy as it was and that I got such a great deal! More

Steve Norris approached us in a very non aggressive way which was very refreshing. He asked us some important questions to better understand what we were looking for in a car. We test drove a number of different Subarus and Steve Never made us feel rushed or that we were wasting his time in any way. We also knew we were not going to be buying for several months and that was absolutely fine with Steve as well. When it was all said and done we chose the Subaru Outback and ordered it just like we wanted it. When it arrived Steve gave us a call and we set up a time to pick it up. It was just as we expected and all that we wanted in our new vehicle. He made to buying process easy and seamless. We would recommend him and Tucson Subaru to all of our friends and family. Super friendly and easy buying experience I drove into Tucson Subaru on a whim a couple of Saturdays ago. I was met outside of the door by Ken and he was very pleasant and welcoming. I let him I drove into Tucson Subaru on a whim a couple of Saturdays ago. I was met outside of the door by Ken and he was very pleasant and welcoming. I let him know I was interested in getting a vehicle for my husband. We went to his office, he asked all of the pertinent questions and within 30 minutes I was test-driving a new Crosstrek.I let him know I was interested and he had two options, one lease and one purchase, for me within 15 minutes. We went with the purchase and I was out in under 2 1/2 hours total, even after meeting with finance to sign all of the papers (Louie is Great!!). Truly the simplest car buying experience I have ever had. My husband LOVES his car and we are extremely satisfied with the entire process. Ken has even called a couple of times to follow up and ask if we have any questions. Great job Tucson Subaru!! More

Outstanding Buying Experience Everybody I worked with at Tucson Subaru was extremely professional from when I first contacted them until well after my purchase was complete. I Everybody I worked with at Tucson Subaru was extremely professional from when I first contacted them until well after my purchase was complete. I began my shopping experience by looking online. Because I live a couple hours away from Tucson, I wanted to make sure what my options were before driving into town. I was able to call and email over a 2 or 3 day time period to make sure I knew what my options might be when I could drive into town. When I was hitting the road to drive up to Tucson, I gave them a call and they held the vehicle I was interested in so that nobody else could test drive or buy it before I arrived. When I got to the dealership (late on a Friday evening) I was pleased to see that the person I had worked with over the phone had stayed late to make sure I was received well. Both vehicles I had expressed interest in were out the back side of the dealership waiting fore me to test drive them. After my purchase, I explained my situation and that I needed to get my new title more quickly because my family and I are moving soon. They expedited my paperwork and had my new title FedEx'd to me overnight in order to make sure I had my paperwork in my possession in time for our move. I absolutely recommend Tucson Subaru for anybody in the market right now for a vehicle. They will go out of their way to make your car-buying experience a positive one. -David More
Still happy ................. I bought a Forester from Tucson Subaru in early February. After driving it for approximately 3000 miles, I decided that I needed an SUV with more room I bought a Forester from Tucson Subaru in early February. After driving it for approximately 3000 miles, I decided that I needed an SUV with more room and a luxury ride. I want to point out that the Forester was my choice, not something that I bought under pressure. In fact, it was a pleasant experience. So, I went right back to Tucson Subaru and Steve Norris, the sales rep I dealt with originally. I consider Steve to be a good friend, certainly not at all typical of the usual image of a "car salesman". He has a low key personality, is polite, provides succinct answers to questions, and never uses pressure to sell. I felt very comfortable dealing with him. Steve went to bat for me and in a short time had a great deal set up. So .... now I'm the happy owner of a Subaru Outback, and couldn't be happier. The extra room is a great advantage, the dash layout is simple and intuitive, the ride is delightful! Even though the wheelbase is longer than the Forester, handling characteristics are the same: "feels like its running on rails!" The only regret that I may have, is this one should last for 10 years, and I'll loose touch with Steve! But thats not true. During the 3 months I owned the Forester, there were follow-up emails and phone calls to ensure that I was happy with my new vehicle. Now a word about Terry Iseminger, the Sales Manager. Another pleasant, low key, personality to deal with. He made a point of meeting me, asking my opinion of the transaction, and personally thanking me for my purchase. Very unusual ..... the "normal" routine that I've experienced is, after the sales contract is signed, you become a number in a file! Not so at Tucson Subaru! More
