Best Dealership I've Been To My overall experience with this dealership and all the individuals that work there has been beyond compare. Everyone I have met there is friendly and seems to go above and beyond what is expected at a dealership. The used car I was looking for had just left their lot to go to auction when I contacted the dealer to look at it. He went out of his way to get the car back to the dealership so that I could check it out and buy it. The finance guy, Louie, was also very friendly and everyone was very accommodating of us having a 2 and 4 year old with us through the whole process. After a few weeks of having the car (which is not a Suburu) the car broke down and I called Trent, our salesman, and he made all the arrangements to have the shuttle pick me and my kids up, tow the car, provide a loaner car, and have the car looked at to see what the problem was. Every person I met during what ordinarily would have been a bad day, was so friendly and professional that at the end of the day I was as relaxed as if I had had no car troubles at all. More

Great service at Tucson Subaru When I visited the Subaru dealership I was kind of set on getting a Nissan Xterra, but had heard great reviews about the Forester so I stopped in just When I visited the Subaru dealership I was kind of set on getting a Nissan Xterra, but had heard great reviews about the Forester so I stopped in just to take a look. Kevin Woessner was a great salesman. He was very knowledgeable about the car and it's features. I told him my price range and he was able to find me a brand new model that fit my budget within a couple days. I liked how straight forward Kevin was. He knew a lot about the vehicle, and followed up with me. I visited several other dealerships that agreed to a lower price, but I was surprised that they did not bother to follow up with me. I will have to say, the quality of the vehicle, along with Kevin's knowledge, and his persistence in following up in a no-pressure kind of way made me decide on the Forester, even though the price was a bit higher than I wanted to pay. The Forester is a great car, very smooth ride, and very classy. The General Manager Loren has also followed up with me throughout the process and made sure all my questions were answered. Since my purchase, Kevin has continued to follow up with me to make sure I have no questions, and that I am satisfied with my purchase. It was important for me to work with a dealership that I would be happy to go back to, to service my vehicle. Some of the sales people at the other dealerships were really young and cocky, and not knowledgeable about the vehicle. It's sad when I know more about the car than they do! Traci in Finance was great too. She was very patient and took her time to answer all of my questions, and went above and beyond to work with me on my financing issues. I'd highly recommend Tucson Subaru. More

I was very impressed with the eyesight and other safety features. The buying experience was laid back, no pressure, no real wheeling and dealing. Steve Norris has been incredibly helpful in showing me all the bells and whistles. I do not miss my Lexus. This car is pretty inside, rides smooth and quiet and definitely more fun. Steve is willing to meet with me if I need more assistance with the Navigation and Sirius.
