Excellent Customer Service from Texas to Arizona In doing the preliminary research for purchasing either a 2014 or a 2015 Subaru WRX STI, I contacted Trent Nichols of Tucson Subaru. The research was In doing the preliminary research for purchasing either a 2014 or a 2015 Subaru WRX STI, I contacted Trent Nichols of Tucson Subaru. The research was going to be complicated, because I was doing it on behalf of my son. At that time, my son was in the USAF stationed in South Korea, and was unavailable to be directly involved in the purchase. I live outside of Houston, Texas, but my son's next assigned base was to be in Tucson, Arizona. Where to purchase the STI varied from Houston to Dallas to San Francisco to Tucson. All areas that my son would be stopping at when returning from Korea. Of all the Subaru personnel that I dealt with, Trent Nichols was the most helpful. He knew that due to taxes, purchasing the STI in Texas would be less expensive. Despite this, he still went above and beyond in helping me make the right decisions selecting features and options for my son's first brand new car. For example: What color is best for the Arizona sun? Trent even suggested various neighborhoods in the Tucson area near the base, that would be better for my son. Trent's attitude in assisting a Subaru owner, regardless of whether or not he made the sale, reflects greatly on his professionalism, on Subaru, and Tucson Subaru. The first person I recommended my son to see in Tucson, upon his arrival there from Korea was Trent. After several long conversations with Trent, I feel confident that anyone considering purchasing a vehicle should put Trent Nichols at the top of their list of people to speak with. Enjoyable experience I never thought that I would describe purchasing a car as an enjoyable experience but Curt McHenry did make it a pleasant experience.
