Kevin Gribble was incredibly helpful and responsive, calling to answer my initial inquiry (made online) within 30 minutes, even though it was after hours. Him and Tim Hansen worked hard to make sure the financing was possible and made my first experience with any dealership pleasant and surprisingly easy. We were hoping to get a couple of additional concessions on a used Outback we were looking at. It was the same price as the Jeep Grand Cherokee we ultimately bought and we were hoping to get a tow hitch thrown in to sweeten the buy. But, no big deal. We are happy with our purchase. Tim Hansen was efficient, friendly, and forthright with information that was helpful to us. The only problem we had was that our initial down payment of $3000 on the day of purchase (part of a total $15k downpayment commitment) was not actually charged against our credit card. I received a voicemail about 3-4 weeks later asking me to call back to the Finance department; however, after 3 calls over a period of a week leaving voice mails each time and never receiving a callback, I figured whatever the call was about was not that important. At the time, I did not realize the $3000 credit card charge was never actually applied to my card (I swear I saw Tim swipe it). So, then a few weeks later, both my wife and I get phone calls indicating a problem with the initial downpayment. Again, it took a couple of tries to get in touch with someone in Finance before they processed the payment. Overall, that was a hassle More
