2015 WRX I recently purchased a new WRX, but my intent was just to get my old Subaru serviced. While waiting for my car, CJ Nichols approached my husband and I recently purchased a new WRX, but my intent was just to get my old Subaru serviced. While waiting for my car, CJ Nichols approached my husband and I about any possible questions we had a friendly conversation about Subarus. He also set up us up with videos and games to help pass the time while waiting. CJ ensured we knew we could come to him with any questions. My husband and I ventured out into the lot to check out the new WRXs. We saw a car that sparked our interest and took some time to look at it, just me and him. Once we were done checking out the new cars, we went back inside. CJ noticed we were looking at one car in particular and asked us if we wanted to drive it. CJ himself was not able to take us on a test drive, so he had Alan Ferlan take us out. They were both very versed in the car's capabilities and gave some quick pointers before we drove off. We still had no intent to buy at this time and they did not try to run a credit check prior to the test drive. Needless to say, we fell in love with the car and knew we wanted it. After that, they walked us through the process and gave us a good deal on our trade in. Once it came to financing the car, Tim Hanson did a great job hearing our concerns. Overall, we were able to walk out of there very confident that we had made the right decision. Before we drove home in a new car, we were presented roses from the dealership. He was never to rush things and was very patient and took time to explain all the features of the car. I needed time to decide and he was never pushy but at the same time did follow up to make sure things were heading in the right direction. I later learned that Alan is new to the dealership but his overall professionalism and expertise would have made me think otherwise. I had the pleasure to close the deal with Louie Ascencio and he was very professional and helpful as well. The overall experience was great and the ambiance of the new dealership is just great as well. I would highly recommend both of these employees. More

Then the experience I had with CJ Nicholes in sales was great. I am fickle buyer, to say the least. He was very patient. Real patient. The product speakes for itself, but everyone in the buying process was great.Tim to be specific in finance. Saw a friend of mine at the dealership while he was servicing his car.. Did not know he was a Subaru buyer..He has two, and recomended I look around. I did, bought a car a few hours later. Happy with the experience. Want to buy my next Subaru from Tucson Subaru. We have owned Chevy's (3), Oldsmobile (1), Chrysler (1) Ford (2) VW (1)and most recently a Honda. I kept reading all the reviews about Subaru's safety features and AWD features and just had to check them out when we needed to replace our truck. I went to Tucson Subaru and was immediately greeted by Kevin Gribble who showed me a lot of respect and valued my questions, all of which he was able to answer. His knowledge of the vehicles he is selling is amazing! I told him we had an appointment the next morning at another car dealership and we would come in after. He gladly offered to meet with us that evening, staying late past his scheduled time. We met with him that night, my husband test drove the Forester and the rest is history! We never went to the other dealership the next morning but rather went back and ordered our new Subaru. Our car was delivered exactly when they said it would be, the finance manager and Kevin treated us so very special and efficiently and we drove our new car home! Two days later, my husband took it to northern Arizona on a test run in the mountains and it performed perfectly, meeting all my husband's expectations. He called and said,." I love my Subaru!" He has thanked me for suggesting we "just check out a Subaru". We look forward to a long relationship with Tucson Subaru and Kevin. More

Across the state for a new subaru STI I found the car of my dreams at Tucson Subaru, but unfortunately I live in Prescott, Az. I found my car on their website and set up an appointment with Trent to come down and see it. 200 miles in a 4 hour drive just to come check it out. When I got there, I was greeted with a smile. I showed up about an hour early for my appointment just so I could walk around and check the place out. They had a great selection of cars, but I was drawn to the one I came down for. Trent showed up half an hour early and made time to see me. We promptly got in the car and went for a test drive(something the Subaru dealer up here wouldn't let me do). I was immediately in love with it. When we got back, we went to his office and started on the paper work. He was very straightforward with everything, no add-ons except for the window tint, and that was still at a much lower price than any other dealership I have been to. The pricing on the car was under invoice so I couldn't have been happier. I then met with Traci do the financing paperwork. She was great. Gave me a breakdown and options for warranty, security system upgrade, and the other options they had. The whole car buying process only took about an hour and a half after the test drive. Fastest experience of my life and couldn't be more happy. Before I left, we did a final walk around on the car to double check for any damages or anything wrong with the car. I found some bubbles in the tint, and they went ahead and fixed it there before I left on my drive home to Prescott. If I ever plan on buying another Subaru, or if you are thinking of buying one, there is no other dealer I would go to. A++++ best experience More

We saved over $3,000 on nearly the same model of Forester. The staff was fantastic with their professionalism and concern for our well being while at the dealership was outstanding. Buying a car is a stressful, laborious process and they were quick to check our needs and comfort level regularly. Chris Smith was a gracious, respectful salesperson who's primary goal was to suit our needs the best he could. We never felt rushed or uncomfortable. The lounge was nice to chill with the Diamondback game on the flat screen. I was down with that part of it. Actually, we both highly recommend Tucson Subaru, they are professionals through and through. More
