Past experiences buying vehicles had me dreading the thought of buying a new one, but working with Jack (sales) and Ethan (finance) on the purchase of our new Outback was a pleasure. There was no press thought of buying a new one, but working with Jack (sales) and Ethan (finance) on the purchase of our new Outback was a pleasure. There was no pressure to take on more vehicle than we needed. Jack was able to explain all the important features and took time to demonstrate them throughout the process. He's the real deal when it comes to working with a genuinely nice person (who just happens to sell cars ;-)). Both individuals were respectful of our time and appeared to do their best to streamline the process. More

Chris Smith from the Sales department was very professional and friendly. He answered our questions and took us on a test drive where he showed us all the great features of the new Forester Hybrid. When we were ready to purchase, he provided us with our color preferences and a fair deal. Financing was also smooth. Kevin Gribble walked us through all the paperwork and provided all the extended warranty options available. The whole purchasing process was painless. No high pressure tactics at this dealership which was very much appreciated! I really love my new Forester Hybrid! More
