Subaru is not prepared to sell cars during Covid-19 Virus. All of the staff at Tucson Subaru wore no masks, no gloves. The salesman as an after thought put out hand sanitizer at the end of our meeting. They seemed to have no procedures set in place, though we were assured they were prepared for the Corona Virus. We had decided which car we were buying using video and information from the salesman prior to arrival. We tried during our phone conversation to have the car delivered, no they would not, fill out paper work on line, no they could not. We had to come in and honestly they seem to think we were the odd ones as we had our faces covered, our way to protect them. The finance department thanked us for our thoughtfulness and I heartily recommend Traci. And our used Subaru is lovely. More
