Louie in sales was both quick and polite also pretty funny ( or at least as funny as humanly possible when you have people signing all the papers) overall great staff that wont lie to get a sale but will be honest to get you what you need. All my future cars will be from here as well as anyone that I talk to. More

They keep their promises! You know how dealers lure you in with the sale car? Well, I thought that was going to be me. I was looking for a Subaru Outback Limited 2.5i with cert You know how dealers lure you in with the sale car? Well, I thought that was going to be me. I was looking for a Subaru Outback Limited 2.5i with certain equipment. I didn't want the moonroof or navigation system. I live in Phoenix and had shopped the car extensively. On a whim, I called Tucson Subaru and asked for the internet manager. I was put in touch with CJ. He answered all my questions and while they did not have the color I was looking for with the equipment I wanted, CJ told me about an Outback that had more equipment on it and was on sale. For the same price as the lowest price I found in Phoenix! I really didn't want to make the drive with my wife only to have her dissappointed when we drove two hours only to find the car was not real or gone. Well, CJ made sure he stayed in touch with us and checked in before we drove down to let us know the car was still there. When we arrived at Tucson Subaru, the car was in the showroom. It was a great experience from there. CJ pulled it out for my wife to drive, gave us a complete demo. Then, we got to the deal. I was ready to have plenty of curveballs thrown at me, but that didn'happen. I knew the deal I wanted before we arrived and CJ and I came to an understanding. Yeah, they tried to tell me about some extra paint thing that cost $500 that was already on the car. However, instead of making me pay for it, they said that since I had prenegotiated the deal, they would just throw that in. That was cool. It really was painless. We got there at 10:30 am and were celebrating our new car next door at IHOP at 2:30. Tucson Subaru keeps its promises. More

I was emailing back and forth with Anthony Taormina and he was very helpful. Anthony answered all my questions and setup an appointment with me to come in. Upon arrival, I was greeted by Anthony, but was with another client and he had Mike Henry assist me with my purchase. Mike was very knowledgeable with all the vehicles on the lot that I was looking at. He was patient while I looked at all 4 vehicles and allowed be to test drive two that I was interested in. The entire process with Mike was really easy and stress free. I am grateful for the experience I had at with sales at Tucson Subaru. Jennifer Duran was my financial manager. She thoroughly explained every detail along the way and answered all the questions I had. She even told me about helpful information on my past car that was totaled. I really enjoyed working with Jennifer and I appreciate all her help and advice. More

He never made us feel pressured and was upfront and honest about pricing. He took his time with us to ensure we got the features, color and pricing we were happy with. We also worked with finance manager, Jennifer Duran. She also took her time with us to explain the details of the paperwork and answered all of our questions.
