Jesse did an exceptional job! He followed up with the insurance that hadn’t had a chance to become effective by my car was brand new! The golf ball dent is GONE! Recent service was excellent. All previously known problems + one new one were resolved. Use of the loaner car was a huge benefit. I live about an hour from the dealership and without the loaner, I wo problems + one new one were resolved. Use of the loaner car was a huge benefit. Also the service person was very receptive to my problem regarding having to return home to care for my dogs. More
Raj did a great job as usual. The radio had a problem with changing channels on it's own. I called him after the first visit to tell jim the radio was ok and he could cancel the part....the next day the with changing channels on it's own. When I called to tell Raj he would have to order the part....he said he didn't cancel the order because he and the technician had a feeling it would fail again. Amazing!!!!! More
