After a delay, because of me, the problem has been successfully corrected. I asked for the Outback to be picked up at my home, repaired, and returned to me. That all worked. My husband and I are seniors with health issues that make us extremely vulnerable to the Coro The Service Department at Tucson Subaru is outstanding! My husband and I are seniors with health issues that make us extremely vulnerable to the Coronavirus and with cases rising in Arizona we have been doing everything we can to stay safe. Imagine our consternation when we got a flat tire! We arranged to have our vehicle towed to Tucson Subaru. And the team at TS not only repaired our tire for free, but replaced a recall item, handled our regular maintenance and returned our car to us the next day. And when I say “returned” our car, these incredible people brought our car to our home free of charge so that we could stay safe!
