Because of social dis I was very impressed and grateful for my service call with Steve, who walked me through a lot of the features on my new Outback. Because of social distancing precautions, I wasn't able to have an in-person tutorial when I took ownership of my new car, and Steve took a full hour with me over Skype to answer all my questions and go over some of the technology I wasn't familiar with. I am so thankful for this opportunity, especially given the current circumstances. More

Virtual Car Education With COVID-19 all around us, it's amazing what can be done without being in close contact. Today Darla was able to help me learn all about my new Acsent more effectively than I could have ever guessed you could through a Zoom chat. She did an excellent job explaining all the features and how they worked and how I will be able to enjoy my new Subaru. Overall Tucson Subaru has been a great experience buying a car and getting to know how it operates. Darla was very patient and helpful and willing to take the time it took for me to figure out all the new features of my car. I appreciate her effort and will call her again if there is anything else that I come across that I don't understand or know how to use properly.
