Because of the pandemic, the service department personnel were careful to maintain their distance and the company had Jade provided excellent service. Because of the pandemic, the service department personnel were careful to maintain their distance and the company had provided them with face coverings and gloves, which everyone was wearing. Straight Forward, Flexible and very Knowledgeable I purchased a Subaru Forester from Chapman Honda Dec 30th 2019 and when I test drove the vehicle it was making a small rattling sound from the drivers I purchased a Subaru Forester from Chapman Honda Dec 30th 2019 and when I test drove the vehicle it was making a small rattling sound from the drivers side strut/area. I took the car back to Honda and told them about the sound and they we're not able to do anything for me even after they had taken a look at the vehicle for a couple of days. I got fed up with Honda after they couldn't find the problem. I then brought the car to Subaru and right away Jesse was willing to work with me and diagnose my vehicle. After a couple of days of labor the car was returned to me and I still heard the sound I had originally came in to get fixed so I brought the vehicle back and had the same tech take another look at it and they went back to the vehicle to work on it. They were able to solve the problem and Jesse told me to get in touch with Scott Greg for further instructions. I'm extremely happy with the service Jesse and the Team at Subaru provided me with. He was very professional and would do anything to get his hands on a loaner to get you on the road. Thank you to both Jesse Friedman and Scott Gregg for making a lifelong Tucson Subaru Costumer. 5/5 stars More
