I am very sorry for the issues that you have had with your vehicle. I have tried to help in any way I can to get you taken care of and get this resolved. I had absolutely no say in the fact that Subaru of America would not proceed with the repurchase of your vehicle. I had told you that when we spoke on the phone before you even came to the dealership. That is strictly between you and Subaru. They have their guidelines that must be met for a repurchase agreement to be fulfilled, and, they had sent an independent agent to handle the deal. I sincerely want to take the very best care of every customer we have, they are all family to me. I will continue to do anything I can to help you as well. The repurchase of your vehicle is not something I can help with however as that comes from Subaru.

This goes FAR beyond the repurchase and Tucson Subaru knows that. This proves further my point that Tucson Subaru AND SOA refuse to take responsibility for ANYTHING. All blame is put on us, the customer. It is not right! This goes against the mission statement plastered on YOUR lobby. Its a shame, after almost 7 months, to finally receive an apology on a public forum.
