Worked with me on AC repair I discovered 2 weeks ago that my AC had stopped working. They discovered the compressor needed to be replaced. They waived the total cost stating that I had “always had my car serviced regularly and I took good care of my car.” They also discovered the differential needed servicing and I was happy to I was happy to agree to that service charge. The AC is working better than before! The service department has taken care of my Crosstrek since I bought it in 2013. The staff is efficient and skilled. They have always advised me about what has to be taken care of outside of the routine service tasks and I have never been disappointed by their recommendations..They are patient, polite, and trustworthy—which is a credit to their Service Director Scott Gregg.
