I had no hope that the bumper could be made to look better; I had tried to clean it with warm water and a microfiber towel and discovered a dent. I was frustrated with myself and discouraged. Jason's bright and positive attitude held out hope! He said after the tail light was replaced he would "pop over to detail" and see what could be done, estimating about an hour and a half. In under an hour he was back-I could not believe the magic! The gross orange coating was gone, the dent was gone-like it never happened. I feel Jason did an exceptional job, as did his team in detail. My last Forester saved my life, so I am treasuring my new one. The great service at Subaru is why I would never drive anything else.-Robin Bowyer More

Bad oil change I made an appointment for an oil change and they scheduled me a whole week later. When I came in they told me it will take an hour and a half! I said I made an appointment for an oil change and they scheduled me a whole week later. When I came in they told me it will take an hour and a half! I said okay and waited. When it came time for my car to be finished, I asked how much longer will it take? The gentleman checked and I saw them pulling my vehicle in when he was returning to let me know it's going to take 10 more mins. I said I made an appointment so that this would not happen. I asked for them to check my breaks as well and now they don't have the time to check them because I have to go. I am truly disappointed to see this at my dealership. I will never come here again. More

Extraordinary Customer Service Came in with an appointment and Raj took care of us right away, though it was a minor issue, I didn't have to wait around. Only dealer in town! I have visited three times and I wish there was a box for the question "Would you recommend this service center?" that I could check "Maybe" instead o I have visited three times and I wish there was a box for the question "Would you recommend this service center?" that I could check "Maybe" instead of Yes or No, As it is the only dealer in Tucson you are kinda stuck going there for warranty and service if you have an extended warranty. The first time I went in the service adviser was abrupt and did not pay attention to detail. Information on my vehicle was entered inaccurately and had to be corrected by the manager. The second time there was a miscommunication about the condition of my battery and it made me feel like they were trying to sell me something I didn't really need. This had to be dealt with by the manager again as I got a second opinion on the battery, it was a year and half old and it tested good on the retest! The original Subaru battery had only lasted two and a half years and was replaced under warranty at 35 K. As a result I do not think I would recommend Subaru batteries at this time, I might add in the dealers favor the prices for the 60K service were about half of what I was quoted by the California dealer where I bought my Forester, Anyway the verdict is out and I will be very attentive to anything that is recommended that is not routine! More

However, my most recent experience with Jason Mumma as my service advisor was excellent. Jason listened to me, asked questions where clarification was needed, and he addressed every concern that I had. He made sure that every Issue was remedied quickly and efficiently. For the first time I was not given any excuses as to why an issue may have occurred, or why an issue couldn’t be addressed. Jason understood what needed fixed, and he made sure it was taken care of. That simple. He kept in contact With me while my car was being serviced, and my car was ready to be picked up when he said it would be. Bravo Jason! Thanks for making my experience as convenient and painless as possible. More

They gave me a loaner free if chatge and replaced the shifter plate on my Impreza under warranty and in few hours. Very very happy, I even ended up leasing a new car while I was there :) More
