Brandon was manning the parts counter when I came in looking for a splash guard screw for our Crosstrek that I could not find at hardware stores. When he could not source the screw in his computer syste looking for a splash guard screw for our Crosstrek that I could not find at hardware stores. When he could not source the screw in his computer system, Brandon went into the service area and returned with the exact screw I was seeking. Dan always provides an exceptional service experience at Tucson Subaru. He really strives to make a customer happy. Yesterday was no exception when I had an air conditioning issue on my 2018 Forester. Dan a Tucson Subaru. He really strives to make a customer happy.
