This dealerships customer service is excellent. I live 120 miles from this dealership and I will continue to travel to them for as long as I am able to drive. I had some work done at a different Subaru dealership that was not done properly. Tucson Subaru and took a look at my vehicle and fixed the problem. You were fast and friendly, but we were shocked by the prices, which were at least twice as much as we pay at home in Minnesota. An oil change and tire rotation at home averages around $60, you quoted $12 prices, which were at least twice as much as we pay at home in Minnesota. If we were to have our oil changed again in Tucson, we would find somewhere much more reasonably priced. More

I was visiting Tucson from Santa Fe and was scheduled to leave Thursday 2/10. Around 1:00pm on Wednesday my Forester's lights started flashing. Luckily I found Tucson Subaru and Dan Ford. Dan shepherded my leave Thursday 2/10. Around 1:00pm on Wednesday my Forester's lights started flashing. Luckily I found Tucson Subaru and Dan Ford. Dan shepherded my 2015 Forester through the system and had me ready to leave for home Thursday - on schedule - while keeping me fully informed throughout the process! If I lived in Tucson, your service department would be my choice to keep my Forester in perfect working order. More
