I made an appointment for an oil change and mentioned recently purchasing the car. After 2 hours I walked up to Jessie’s desk and he said he was just about to go find me. He then handed me a list of sugg recently purchasing the car. After 2 hours I walked up to Jessie’s desk and he said he was just about to go find me. He then handed me a list of suggested services that totaled over 5K dollars, including “alignment with new tires” and “rear wiper replacement” (on there twice although there’s only 1 rear wiper) When I asked about this he was condescending, answered 3 different phone calls in the middle of our conversation, then said “some people want to fix things before they become an issue but if I want to let it run to the ground that’s fine”. He said the new tires were on there because they “hadn’t noticed the tires are new” (they were purchased 2 weeks ago). I left the dealership wondering why expert mechanics would have a difficult time identifying new tires and why they were so eager to add a list of excessive services that they are not able to justify. Jesse was extremely disrespectful, I will not be back. More
