Had already made an appt. to for a recall part replacement that was 10 days away. Planned to have oil changed at that appt as well. But when our family decided on an impromptu road trip over the weekend, I thought I'd better call the dealership to find out when oil was last changed. According to their records, the last oil change had been done much earlier than I thought. They offered to change the oil that day, and given that it was a Saturday, I was very positively surprised. When I arrived at the dealership, my appointment was not in the system, but they didn't send me away. And I really expected them to only do the oil change, so I could pick up my wife and kid from a birthday part at a playground. It was a hot day, so I was in a hurry. Monica, the service advisor, suggested we do not only the oil change, but inspection and the recall replacement as well, which I had scheduled for a future appointment. She reassured me I could have the car back after 1.5 hours, and even indicated she was willing to look into figuring out a ride for my wire and kid from the playground, since no loaners were available that afternoon. I decided to just stick around and get them when the car was finished. I had been there just under 1.5 hours, and they managed to get everything done. I really appreciated how everybody at the dealership went out of their way to help me out under the circumstances. More

Love my Subaru Outback Touring. Its my 4th Subaru and this Outback compared to my 90s Outback is much more comfortable & luxurious. From a service representative point of view on my last visit, Monica was terrific. However, there is a lot of waiting around that goes on with this dealer.... I had to wait 4 hours to buy the car....
