As repeat customers, we have seen firsthand how changes in the Tulley organization have made a good buying experience even better. Kudos to the staff for really stepping it up even further. Our transition from Shawna (Business Development) to Mark (our new to us CA) was seamless and Mark is extremely knowledgable about the 7 series in general and helpful in terms of how to navigate some of the new features of the vehicles. He took the time to get to know me and my fiancé and our little car related quirks so he could provide us the best level of service catered to our needs. I was very surprised with how many years he has been at Tully BMW that I had never crossed paths with him before. I really want to call out the exceptional experience I have had with Joe Leonard as he spent a great deal of time with me going over leasing details and protection packages. I am a very picky customer in general and Joe made sure that items such as the XPel Paint Protection were installed to my preferences and that the job was in a timely manner as we purchased right before Thanksgiving. He even spent time speaking with the Tulleys directly to see if a program created by the Tulleys could apply to us and our new car. Joe is quick to get an answer or knows who to ask if the information is not readily available. He had Michael Holzman speak to us regarding the process for canceling our extended warranty on the 5 series we traded in. The level of cooperation and teamwork across the board is tremendous and I want to make sure you hear it from one of your loyal customers. I also want to thank the General Manager Val for making our experience as great as it was, I know we have established a solid relationship that will carry on for many years as our car needs change over time. I know that I will definitely steer folks towards Tulley if their interests lean towards a new or used BMW. Even though we live just around the corner from the Manchester Tulley location I will make a point of swinging by occasionally to patronize their dealership if we need parts, accessories or just to say hello. Went looking for a used car and fell in love with the CX-3 I was looking for a dependable used car and two family members recommended calling Johnny K at this dealership. I called, had a detailed conversation and two days later arrived to test drive some cars. While waiting for the first car to be brought around I wandered around the showroom and discovered the brand new Mazda CX-3 and lost all interest in looking at any other cars. A couple of hours and a test drive later, I had my car. Johnny K was fair, above board and took the time to explain my options, introduced me to Anthony in the finance dept. and kept in contact with me by phone during and after the purchase. He was very thorough, explaining all of the ins and outs of the car. When I brought the car in a few days after purchase to get a sticker, I was met by friendly, professional service dept. staff. I counted about five of them. My impression was that this business strives to set a consistent tone of high customer service throughout all departments. More

Terrific car-buying experience I had a great experience shopping at Tulley and purchasing a car from Robert Reynolds. I went in casually looking and suddenly found myself test driv I had a great experience shopping at Tulley and purchasing a car from Robert Reynolds. I went in casually looking and suddenly found myself test driving an amazing vehicle that Robert was able to offer at a fantastic price. He did a great job explaining all the features of the car to me. Most importantly, he listened well as I explained to him what was important to me in a car and he gave me honest feedback with respect to what I wanted and what the vehicle offered. That helped me make some comparisons to other vehicles and ultimately I decided that the Buick, and at such a great price, was the right one for me. More

BEST Experience EVER!!! First of all, I had first visited multiple other Mazda Dealerships in the area to see which dealership would offer me the highest trade-in value on my First of all, I had first visited multiple other Mazda Dealerships in the area to see which dealership would offer me the highest trade-in value on my used vehicle. Let's just say Werner Mazda and also Quirk Mazda offered me both around $2,500 less on my trade-in vehicle than Tulley Mazda quoted me! How is that even possible??? Please Tell Me!!! So right away of course, I decided Tulley was my go to dealership. I walked into the GM showroom and was instantly and politely greeted by Joe Cordaro, the Sales Manager, and we chatted briefly and then brought me over to the Mazda showroom and introduced me to one of the Mazda Sales Employees , Johnny Kwiatkowski, who I can truly say provided me with the most stress free vehicle purchase I have ever experienced in my entire life. They had the EXACT vehicle I was looking for, and conviently it was actually right next to his desk in the Mazda showroom... it was all smooth sailing from then on. I would 1,000% recommend Tulley Mazda and just the Tulley Automotive Group in general to all of my friends and family. For all the people leaving negative reviews, you must have caught them on a busy day, because this was EASILY the best and stress-free environment dealership that I have ver visited. I will surely be back for my next Mazda, again thank you to Johnny Kwiatkowski for the most relaxing and stress-free purchase ever. If you are looking for either a New or Used Mazda, I would recommend visiting or at least giving Johnny Kwiatkowski a call to see what he can offer you, he is the best !!!! Exceptional "White Glove" BMW Service! I wanted to take the time to write a review for my service experiences at Tulley BMW Nashua. To begin, I purchased my 2011 BMW 335xi at a Lexus dealer I wanted to take the time to write a review for my service experiences at Tulley BMW Nashua. To begin, I purchased my 2011 BMW 335xi at a Lexus dealership still under BMW factory warranty in the fall of 2014. I brought it in to Tulley BMW Nashua right after purchase and was assigned to Jason Morrow, one of the service advisers, and I would say “experts,” at the center. Jason took the time to bring me up to speed about the ownership of my BMW and took the time to make sure I knew everything I needed to know about the 335xi – and, to be honest, I knew very little about owning a BMW and the associated care & service. Jason, at this initial appointment, also had my BMW thoroughly inspected and driven to make sure everything was perfect for my “new” ownership experience. Jason & team did find some small issues and they were promptly & professionally taken care of all with great attention to detail – essentially “white glove” concierge service. Since this initial appointment back in the fall of 2014, I have been working with Jason at Tulley BMW Nashua for the care and service of my BMW. Jason has continued to make my ownership experience a great one! Recently, I needed to bring my car in for scheduled maintenance as well as a BMW replacement windshield. Jason was able to coordinate the scheduling of both appointments into my schedule as well as provide me a loaner for my convenience. This process was so seamless and everything was completed as promised with the “white glove” level of service that was expected. Jason is truly the example of what exceptional BMW service stands for. Jason takes the time to build a relationship with all of his service clients, which brings the overall service experience to a greater level of professionalism and enjoyment. Owning a BMW has been an amazing experience for me thus far, and moving forward, Jason and Tulley BMW of Nashua will be the only team I will work with for my BMW needs – present, and future. More
