I am commenting on 2 recent services. I go to Tynan's for all auto services and am not sure which service this review relates to. Good thing is, both are 5 star reviews. I recently had I go to Tynan's for all auto services and am not sure which service this review relates to. Good thing is, both are 5 star reviews. I recently had tire and battery service. Both occurred within days before traveling to the mountains. I had motor mount work done a week prior. I brought the car in for the battery first. It was tested and had a bad cell. It was replaced because I purchase the battery there, free of charges. Then I brought the car in for a long nail in the tire. It was repaired, free of charges because I bought the tires at Tynan's. This says volumes for purchasing parts and accessories directly from Tynan's. Luke, the young man in service, as well as the tire mechanic were exceptionally friendly and kind. Though both services were not scheduled, the wait was very short. Tynan's is still 100 in my book. Kevin More

generally, Good service but I purchased certified car and there was window chips on the windshield. and damage area was right behind of back mirror so I didn’t know there was chip in there until I seat passe there was window chips on the windshield. and damage area was right behind of back mirror so I didn’t know there was chip in there until I seat passenger seat. after I purchased the car, 4day after I called them asked about it. and the manager said in the record, there was so damage on Wind shield so they can not fix on my car. but, I didn’t drive my car on highway and if damage happened while I am driving for 3 days I should noticed about damage. but there was nothing happened for 3days. when I seat passenger seat, I become to see damage. even outside of the car, you can not see damage. only inside of passenger sear you are able to see the damage. so I finally took the car to try to seal the damage of my car. the expert to fix windshield damage told me that damage has been there for a while. that is not kind of damage just happened 2-3days ago. so I paid certified nissan car. but the damage car has, I ended up to fix it. I was very disappointed that they were not willing to look at the car. or try to find the way to help out. they just called and said you don’t need to come and show the damage bc we are not going to fix your damage… bc on the PAPER there is no record. here denver we had several hails , after they checked the car last time on the PAPER. and I only drove that car 2 days not once in highway. and driver seat, you can not see that damage. but still I am the one who has responsible to fix this damage? how disappointed their service.
