The Service Advisor was great; however, I'm not really happy about the issue with my car. I came in over a month ago to get the tire fixed that had been losing air. It was my 3rd time into the location happy about the issue with my car. I came in over a month ago to get the tire fixed that had been losing air. It was my 3rd time into the location for the same issue. It was recommended I replace the tire; however, it should have been expressed that all 4 tires need to be replaced. AND/OR if not XXX could happen. As a result, my transfer case was damaged and I not only had to replace 3 tires, but also the one I just put in over a month ago had to be replaced with what you had in stock. While the tires are fine it does not give me the smooth ride I had before. More

I was given an honest answer when I asked how long it would take they told me first come first serve I came there first thing in the morning I was there no more than 30 minutes 35 minutes I even got some would take they told me first come first serve I came there first thing in the morning I was there no more than 30 minutes 35 minutes I even got some recommended proprietary floor mats that saved me money and I like them more and the fact that they have an automatic contacts setting to make sure that my service was adequate they went above and beyond to make my satisfaction and I can't appreciate it more I will be back to do my regular maintenance in the spring and if somebody comes at me with the right way a new set of tires LOL More
