I made an appt for an oil change and a maintenance check bc my car is making strange noises and I was told I’d have to come back for the maintenance check on another day bc of a lack of staff and shorten ho bc my car is making strange noises and I was told I’d have to come back for the maintenance check on another day bc of a lack of staff and shorten hours. Understandable but I wouldn’t have made the appt if my needs couldn’t be met. There were no apologies. I was told that if I still wanted to go through the check, I would be charged if there was nothing wrong with the car and if they weren’t done by the end of the day, I’d have to pay for a rental. I’ve owned a Nissan for many years and my dealership would never handle the situation this way. Unfortunately that dealer is in NY but this dealership could learn more about customer service. I will note my oil change was done quickly and the original gentleman who performed the intake was helpful. If the dealership will only do oil changes on the weekend, which is great and smart, I shouldn’t be allowed to make more appts on the site. More

Staff was professional and helpful and the waiting area was comfortable. However after my services were completed, it appeared that my tires had not actually been rotated due to still getting a low air ale was comfortable. However after my services were completed, it appeared that my tires had not actually been rotated due to still getting a low air alert on my car for the same tire in the same place. I drove around for a while to see if the sensor just needed time to update, but it never did. Returned to the service center and when I explained what I was noticing, the response seemed unsurprised, as if this has happened before or was expected. I was told it would be about 20 mins to correct it/do it again, but I was there for another hour. I was told a nail was also found in one of the tires that was not noticed before. Came across as if the tire rotation and inspection really did not happen the first time. Made me question whether or not the other services done on my car actually happened. I want to believe it was just an honest miss and everything else was done well, but I really don't know. I checked the air again after leaving the second time (my car displays the psi of each tire on my display) and the tire that was previously low was now really high (overfilled with air). Still showing up in the same place on the car, so I still have doubts that a rotation happened vs just putting a bunch of air in the tires to turn off my low air notification. More
