Took one of my fleet vehicles there to get work done on the engine for the warranty and they ended up totaling the vehicle without looping me in and my employee had thousands of dollars of personal and com the engine for the warranty and they ended up totaling the vehicle without looping me in and my employee had thousands of dollars of personal and company tools inside the vehicle and it was towed to some lot and we lost all the tools and company assets. I came in for an oil change at 10:10 am. They told me 1hour and 45 minute wait. Then I had to call them to inquire about the service inspection. Then they sent me the inspection and I decided to change t 1hour and 45 minute wait. Then I had to call them to inquire about the service inspection. Then they sent me the inspection and I decided to change the air filter to which they told me the wait on that would be 20 minutes. Now it's 2:22pm and NO filter was installed. I am extremely disappointed in their quality of service. I've been coming here for years and never have I experienced such terrible service. They should have taken care of the complete oil change, but they only discounted 10$ off. I shouldn't have paid them a penny but guess who doesn't have time to argue, me because now I have to rush to pick up my kids from school. I will NEVER return to this Nissan Service center!!!!!!! More
