“Family-owned dealership” is how Tynan’s likes to portray themselves first and foremost. While I was there test driving and actually buying my car I did feel well taken care of even with my multiple hour wai themselves first and foremost. While I was there test driving and actually buying my car I did feel well taken care of even with my multiple hour wait time for all of the paperwork. There were two issues that could not be dealt with the day of purchase, receiving my second key fob and having a hole the passenger seat repaired. Every time I called the dealership I was sent to voicemails in every department outside of services and finance and never received a single call back. The salesman I worked with gave me different information every time I contacted him about these loose strings and three months later I finally got in contact with the seat repair company and just received my key fob after waiting an hour in the lobby. Since I live in Fort Collins, the plan had been for me to drop off my car on a Friday evening or Saturday morning for the seat repair because Ian had informed me it would take a day to fix, but then the next time I tried to schedule through him he changed the timeframe to multiple days. But the manager at the repair shop informed me that they are not open over the weekend and it would in fact only take about one hour to repair. I finally have an appointment with the repair shop. They have also have had a lack of response from Tynan’s, more specifically the sales department. More
