He is also a Leaf owner, and it was clear that he was speaking from experience rather than from a script. Do not use this dealer for service!! They don’t honor warranties. They won’t check with Nissan USA. The manager Luke is rude and condescending. When I told an employee this he said “yeah, They don’t honor warranties. They won’t check with Nissan USA. The manager Luke is rude and condescending.
