Poor customer service I dropped my vehicle off after hours for an oil change the following morning. I requested a call before the work was completed. Not only did I not r I dropped my vehicle off after hours for an oil change the following morning. I requested a call before the work was completed. Not only did I not receive a call the next morning but no call when the work was completed. I called and spoke with Luke who confirmed the car was ready but didn't answer my question about why I wasn't contacted. When I picked the vehicle up, Jesus told me he had called twice and left a voicemail. I told him I had no missed calls or messages from the dealership. He simply shrugged it off. The Heart of Service Adnan ALWAYS goes above and beyond to provide me with quality customer service. I don't know what I would have done without him! Tag teaming with Ian, Adnan ALWAYS goes above and beyond to provide me with quality customer service. I don't know what I would have done without him! Tag teaming with Ian, these two guys made one of the most difficult situations I've faced with my Nissan, one of the most rewarding. Adnan found a nest in my vehicle and when he informed me (with extra care because he knows I am emotional), he immediately went into problem solver mode, introduced me to Ian (who is THE MOST amazing sales guy I've ever had) and I was in a new car in less than 2 hours. Evan (the twin) also stopped over and checked on me as I was clearly in distress over this whole situation. These guys really saved the day for me! Adnan, Ian and Evan... Andrew Nichols Sales consultant answered the phone ( on his day off .) Said he would meet us at the dealership and have the car ready to test drive. He was there with the financial officer ready to get the paperwork done. With in a matter of hours we were on our way home in our new Nissan Rogue . I would deal with Tynan's in Aurora CO again.
