The Service person who helped me consistently kept me informed as to what was going on with my Car, giving me estimates on how long I would be there. He also let me know what was important to take care of now & what I should address soon. There was no pressure! This approach has me committed to returning for the other issues. Everyone was very friendly - saying Hello even though I was not dealing with them. The very friendly Cashier & I even had a brief exchange in conversation. I WILL be returning to this Dealership.
