This is one of the best experiences I’ve had at a car dealership. Jordan Michaud and Connor Mcsweeney were extremely helpful throughout the entire process. They made it very easy to a deal with meeting all the requirements i had for purchasing a vehicle. The negotiation was very quick and it only took 30 minutes! I highly recommend this dealership if you have any issues with your current car and need to get into a new or CPO one. Very accommodating and will be telling all my friends and family! More

Fantastic Customer Service!! Best customer service all around, they were all friendly, and welcoming. They took their time finding me exactly what I was looking for. This was quite a change because I had been looking for a used vehicle for the last 2 months. I went to auto aves for a used vehicle, and they tried to sell me a car that wasn't clean or even detailed. To make things worse it was covered in dog hair (i'm allergic to dogs). Although I gave exactly what I was looking for, there was never a follow-up call. I received update phone calls, and emails. More

Wow! What a pleasant car buying experience! Haven't been a dealership for quite sometime and to be truthful we were not looking forward to it. What a pleasant change in atmosphere and personnel! Haven't been a dealership for quite sometime and to be truthful we were not looking forward to it. What a pleasant change in atmosphere and personnel! We were met by Robert Glandon who set us at ease by being very professional yet personable. We were later introduced to Connor Moran, who assisted us through the entire process of finding the vehicle we purchased. Their knowledge of the cars we were comparing was invaluable to us. Once the process had been completed we were introduced to Jose Castaneda who completed the financial portion of the transaction. Together, these gentlemen made the purchasing of our new vehicle a very comfortable experience. We would recommend Robert, Connor & Jose to anyone interested in the purchase of a new vehicle. More

Best car buying experience I've ever had! After working for a week with an auto broker and getting nowhere, I decided to go directly to a dealership, starting with the one closest to where I l After working for a week with an auto broker and getting nowhere, I decided to go directly to a dealership, starting with the one closest to where I live. That would be Tynan's Nissan. The minute I walked in the door, I knew this was going to be an excellent experience. Irwin Rodriguez introduced himself and was very courteous (not pushy like some) and asked about what I was interested in. I told him I hadn't bought a new car in 16 years and the time had come for me to look into another car. I told him I was very interested in the Nissan Murano, but didn't know if I wanted a new one or a used one. Irwin sat with me and explained every aspect of either choice. I decided to go with a new one. Long story short...at the end of the day I had a new Murano and a new friend. Irwin is a very kind, intelligent man. Not once during the buying process did I feel "this just isn't right." I would recommend Irwin and Tynan's to anyone interested in buying a Nissan. More

The staff is friendly and knowledged about the products they offer to us as consumers. Nissan america should award them for their strong commitment to the brand name because the nissan brand has left a sour taste in my mouth and this dealership has went beyound the call of duty for nissan america to correct problems they had no fault in. They fixed my car when no other nisssan dealer in denver could which left me wondering why? the short answer is they care about the customer experience even if Nissan America dosent. If you are a nissan owner or looking to buy one in the denver area please only deal with tynans I wish I had this information before I purchased from autonation nissan arapohoe. Thank you tynans staff for a tailored experience that made me know you cared about me as a customer and person in general. smiles More
