Poor customer service While the work that needed to be done was done (in 4.5 days), the service was non-existent. Of the 4 times I went in to the service center throughou While the work that needed to be done was done (in 4.5 days), the service was non-existent. Of the 4 times I went in to the service center throughout the week, not once did anyone ask if I needed assistance, let alone acknowledge that I was even there. Instead, all of the people in the service center went about their own business laughing and joking about what food they were going to get for lunch. The fact that I had to announce that I was even there and needed help was very disappointing and the responses that I did get we're rude and impolite. If I don't have to go there ever again I certainly won't and I would recommend that you find a different Nissan dealer to deal with. More

My Tynans Experience I had purchased a Nissan Versa Note back in 2016 and left the dealership very happy with the customer service I had received and the vehicle I had pur I had purchased a Nissan Versa Note back in 2016 and left the dealership very happy with the customer service I had received and the vehicle I had purchased. However, the financing I had received was not that great and I wanted to upgrade to a bigger vehicle. I will applaud Tynans for hearing my request and understanding the need and had. They were able to give me a bigger vehicle as well as much better financing for a bigger vehicle Nissan Rogue SV which has everything I've ever wanted in a car. My sales associate was Tom and he did a very good job helping me decide what vehicle I wanted and being the intervessor and mediator I needed to get into the vehicle I wanted. More

From start to finish, I didn't feel any pressure, everything explained thoroughly, and had been a no hassle experience (aside from the fact they were very busy the day my family visited).
