I was informed my fluids were “topped off,”when I had my oil changed only to find out I had no power steering fluid or coolant. I got my battery replaced as well and there’s corrosion on it and the caps we oil changed only to find out I had no power steering fluid or coolant. I got my battery replaced as well and there’s corrosion on it and the caps weren’t on the battery. I purchased my Altima from Tynans’s in 2016 and trusted the Service Department to service my car and perform the work they told me they would do. The work I paid for and it wasn’t done. I’m so disappointed with the service or lack there of. What an awful way to treat a loyal customer. More
