He never insist on unnecessary work. I refer to Luke for driving trips around Colorado. I recently purchased a certified pre-owned Nissan from Tynan’s working with Alex Brasel. Alex was incredible delivering on everything I required after he tempered my grandiose expectations. Alex Brasel worked within my requirements and delivered incredibly, without pressure. He provided many incentives and I unexpectedly purchased hours before heading to work. I never drove the Rogue before purchasing it! I trust Tynan's that much. I am very loyal to Tynan's old-school and personal customer service style. I give them old-fashion tokens of my appreciation regularly. I highly recommendthe Tynan's team. I'll be honest, I'm quite frustrated and I don't think I'll be returning for any service work. First of all, I was greeted with, "What do you need?" As I tried to explain that it was a simple oil change I'll be returning for any service work. First of all, I was greeted with, "What do you need?" As I tried to explain that it was a simple oil change and inspection, I mentioned that my car was making a funny sound relating to something they'd maybe be able to find in the inspection. Before I was able to say it was nothing more than maybe a lack of fluids, I was cut off with something along the lines of, "You'll have to set a separate appointment for that and we're booked out a few weeks for anything like that." While I understand that most communications and updates are done through the app, and service links sent to my phone, my questions weren't answered fully and I was told to look for the updates sent to my phone. The amount of services needed on my car were a good handful, now that my car mileage has exceeded 30k, which I understand. But to pay the amount I needed to pay for relatively simple services (coolant, transmission fluid, brake fluid, etc.) was quite surprising. Had I known that, I'd have taken care of those things myself or gone to a local mechanic, which is what I'll be doing from here on out. When I did decide to have a few services done, I waited for more than 2 hours, for services I didn't think should take that long. I don't actually know why I used this dealership to do these services in the past at this point. Usually, I at least get my tire pressure adjusted or a car wash, but the car came back looking no better than when it came in, and my tire pressure hadn't even been looked at. I wonder if the inspection was even really thoroughly done. More
