Well I had 2 recalls that needed attention. I didn't know that my center console had to be removed and when they did it got dirt all over my seats and they didn't clean it up, it was like pulli I didn't know that my center console had to be removed and when they did it got dirt all over my seats and they didn't clean it up, it was like pulling teeth and finally they vacuumed it. While waiting for my recalls to be addressed I received a text that had a laundry list of super expensive things that the mechanics found wrong. I do appreciate the inspection of my vehicle but I didn't ask for it nor did I give permission. When I didn't get any of the requested expensive work done "Luke" was moody, had attitude and was very condescending towards me. My A/C worked fine blowing cold air before their inspection but right afterwards it only blew hot air, I think they drained it spitefully because I wouldn't get the thousands of extra unnecessary work done. I'll take a backyard/shade tree mechanic over these pretentious conniving lying "dealer" thieves any day of the week. Luke needs a wakeup call with an attitude adjustment and learn some humility when dealing with customers especially new ones. I will NOT be doing business with Tynan Nissan ever again! Really bad experience. More

They were very professional in all of my interactions with the staff. I was told how long it would take to service my car and directed to the waiting area which was clean and a pleasant place to wait. I with the staff. Great service! Rich McAnally was very helpful up to inspecting my serpentine belt to see if I needed to replace it.
