Tried overlapping labor, for a timing belt, water pump job. I was told labor would only be good for this time, I checked to see if I was being charged book and I was not, the tech was charging me full pop job. So I proceeded to call the advisor of he played dumb “ techs make up their own hours”..After that my trust for him went right out the window. And I just got the warranty work done.
