Great experience! Nick was amazing. I’ve never bought a Hyundai before. But he was able to walk me through everything and was able to show me the in and outs of the vehicle. I had a great experience with Universal Hyundai. When I arrived the vehicle I was interested in had unfortunately been sold. Mr. Luis Narvaez went above and beyond to ensure I got the exact make/model with arrived the vehicle I was interested in had unfortunately been sold. Mr. Luis Narvaez went above and beyond to ensure I got the exact make/model with interior/exterior colors as I wanted at an affordable price. He was very patient with going over all of the car features and explaining how to use the associated apps. The employees were friendly and knowledgeable, and no one was overbearing or trying to pressure me to buy anything, which was nice. I would definitely recommend this dealership. More

Matt was an amazing salesperson!! He was very informative, kind and understanding. He was extremely friendly and did not push to sell me a car that I would not be able to afford! Overpriced, way too many miles. Car came with several scratches, stained interior, scratches on the rims. Detailing that was given after purchasing the car was terrible. It looked like they just shined t scratches, stained interior, scratches on the rims. Detailing that was given after purchasing the car was terrible.
