Very professional operation. Salesman looked neat and presentable. I visited other dealers that seemed like zoo. Upon entering Universal, a friendly receptionist greeted me. We had an appointment earlier at Toyota of Orlando and were looking to buy a Tacoma, but were treated very badly. The sales guy had the attitude that it didn't matter if we bought it or not and because of were looking to buy a Tacoma, but were treated very badly. The sales guy had the attitude that it didn't matter if we bought it or not and because of it, he cut the young man who showed us the vehicle out of a commission. So we came for our 1pm appointment there and met Pablo. He was extremely polite, personable and knowledgeable of our Santa Fe. We we looking at a black one that I saw on line and suggested another one that one of the other reps were driving. My wife is extremely happy. We have purchased 2 other Santa Fe's before and they just keep getting better. Then we met Robins. He is an awesome man as well. Between the 2 we felt like family. Thank you Pablo and Robins. More
