Long wait time, no communication, no transparency. I went in for a recall issue and was told it would only be 1 hour and after two hours was told my car hasn't even been seen yet. I am attempting to get in contact with general manager Simo Bassi or CEO William Nero to get my issue resolved and no one is willing to give me their information although it states on their announcements while on hold on the phone that they will gladly give you that information.
