Very poor experience due to waiting time and over-sell. So today I was going in for an oil change and a tire rotation/balance (with a schedules 10:45 am appointment). I was told by service advisor that it would be about 1.5 hrs. So after 3 hr wait the service advisor comes over and tells me that my car needs over $1,000 in repairs. I have told service advisor that I've been up since 12 am this morning and can't wait any more time. This was already a mistake that was made by me coming here and waiting over 3 hrs for a simple oil change and tire rotation/balance. The service was very poor and I ended up over paying for my visit. More
