On the test drive, Robert was able to answer my every question, and I had done a lot of research beforehand so they weren't easy questions. Robert and I stayed in contact via email and text over the following days and he, again, was able to answer my every question with patience to spare. When I was ready to purchase, the whole experience was more pleasant than expected. I never felt smothered or pressured into saying "yes" to a price or extended warranty before I was ready. I left the dealership with the car I wanted, at a price I was happy with and I look forward to bringing my vehicle back for warrantied service in the months and years to come.
