2 cars in 12 months In the past year, I bought a new Tucson and a used 2015 Nissan Pathfinder at Universal Hyundai using Darrin. Unfortunately, I had a tire blow out today on the Pathfinder and called Universals Nissan's parts and service. I'm leaving on a trip shortly and needed fast service. They transferred me 3 times and I finally got someone's voice mail. The parts person actually said, "Isn't there a closer dealership for you?" Funny, Darrin in sales never said that., but don't worry Mr. Universal Parts, I'll never call Universal for sales or parts. A year of loyalty and referrals by me down the drain with parts and service people who didn't care. Goodyear has already replaced the tire. Robert Redford in finance was also terrific when we dealt with him. More
