Great experience at Universal Hyundai I have not been to a car dealership since my previous new vehicle purchase back in 2003. This was my first experience in over 13 years. My demanding I have not been to a car dealership since my previous new vehicle purchase back in 2003. This was my first experience in over 13 years. My demanding work schedule and my personal ability to maintain the previous new vehicle (2003) prevented me from prior visits. I had previous experience with the dealerships brand (Hyundai) from prior rentals during vacations or for personal use. This gave me a strong idea of the vehicle I was interested in. The experience at Universal Hyundai was exceptional in my opinion. My sales associate (Enrique Zegarra) was extremely professional, courteous, and very respectful. I am not bi-lingual, (english speaking only); but my salesman was and this WAS NOT a factor in the sales experience. I am very satisfied with the entire experience at Universal Hyundai and would highly recommend this dealership to any individual considering the purchase of a new vehicle!! More

Trust needs to be earned Steven did a great job and was knowledgeable. However, having to come back to the dealership 2 times (in which my appointment was never recorded)to g Steven did a great job and was knowledgeable. However, having to come back to the dealership 2 times (in which my appointment was never recorded)to get a scratch evaluated is ridiculous. After arriving the salon had said the scratch cannot be taken out. Another appointment would have to be made to correct the scratch. Note: my commute is about 40 minutes each way. Completely unacceptable. More

Why isn't my trade-in paid off yet? purchased a much lesser car with higher interest rate, higher insurance costs, higher monthly payment. Bought purely on Hyundai's reputation. Salesman assured me the price of my auto insurance would be lower since I traded in an SUV for a smaller Elantra GT, even after I got a price quote from my carrier the first day I came. On the second day, he gave me a business card for someone who was to get me the lowest quote of all insurance companies. When I didn't get a return call, my husband called them and they quoted me $235 a month when I was paying $135, and now paying $169. Salesman suggested I raise my deductibles, no way. He should learn the facts before he makes statements saying my insurance should be lower. More
