Speechless I called this dealership after having a deal turned down by another dealership as unworkable. Juan the sales manager told me to come on in that he wo I called this dealership after having a deal turned down by another dealership as unworkable. Juan the sales manager told me to come on in that he would work with me. When I got there, he turned me over to Ramces and they successfully worked their magic and I drove away with the very terms the other dealership said was impossible (actually, even a little better). Needless to say, I was impressed and grateful, to say the least. I consider myself a hard line negotiator and presented with all manner of documentation to verify that the deal could assuredly work. They listened to what I had to say and came back with a "we can do it." I remember being in the dealership and seeing a bulletin board with pinned "wow" cards about others' experience. Now, I know that there is a reason they do this. THEY DESERVE IT. WOW!!! Keep up the excellent work. More
