My experince with Chris Johnson at Universal Hyundai was very positive. He did the best he could to ensure I got everything I was looking for and got me the best deal he could on a vehicle. However, I wasn very positive. He did the best he could to ensure I got everything I was looking for and got me the best deal he could on a vehicle. However, I wasn't very pleased with the Finance department as the rates I was being given are much higher than what are standard for an individual with good credit and income - regardless of being a first time car buyer or not. Additionally, my new registration was not submitted within the 10 day timeframe that is standard for dealerships; my new registration was not submitted to the DMV until I called about it 3 weeks later. This is simply laziness on their part. More
