Took far too long. Made me wait on absolutely every step. I was at the dealership for over 8 hours just to buyout my lease. Finance department was the worst getting my temporary tags printed. They alone took over 2 hours for 1 simple step. On top of all that, they still have not reported my purchase to HMFUSA that I bought the vehicle on February 6th. Its already the 23rd and I keep getting spammed from HMF to return my vehicle even thoughts its paid in full and now mine. Horrible experience. More
