made appt for oil change and didn't get car back for 3 hrs! I was there at 0900 for a 0915 appt and didn't get to service writer until 0930! That's just crazy... also got the car back with oil prints on t hrs! I was there at 0900 for a 0915 appt and didn't get to service writer until 0930! That's just crazy... also got the car back with oil prints on the hood, engine cover and door handles on BOTH sides of the car. also the mechanic working on my car took FIVE tries before he figured out what the correct size of my oil bolt was!! Seriously?? He also took off the engine cover for some reason and also left my + battery terminal cover open... Wonder if this was his first time changing oil.. More
Didn’t have part when I arrived had to come back second day. Then fixed the wrong thing charged my warranty. Then they forgot to order the part I needed. Chased her for another three weeks. She said I could have a loaner then when I asked she said they didn’t do that. Terrible customer service. You should be ashamed. Just another reason after four purchases at this dealership I traveled 90 miles from my home to purchase with another dealership. Love the car, your dealership needs help. More
