Keeping an old vehicle running Paul, the service manager, is very knowledgeable and kept good communications about the status of my repair. The service department completed the many repairs as promised without delays. The repairs were costly, but did not go over the agreed amount. Glad Universal Mitsubishi can keep my old SUV running. He finds the most economical options, comes up with creative solutions when needed, works around my timing and much more! He is so kind, HONEST and thoughtful. Every time I take my car in he comes up with tons of extras to make it the best experience possible - like sending me home with a cleanly washed car and/or noticing some little detail I need and taking care of it for me.
